From our humble beginnings with a small team and a handful of clients, we’ve steadily grown into a thriving organization with three offices. Our milestones reflect our dedication to excellence and our ability to adapt in the face of challenges, exemplified by our expansion during the pandemic and our recognition as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. Pre-LeadingMile
Since 2014, the founders of LeadingMile have been implementing systems such as SS&C and eFront for clients in the alternative investment space

Launch LeadingMile
In Q4 2017, we officially launched LeadingMile. For the first year we had 3 people and 3 clients in the Alternative Investment space.

Initial Hires
Due to the growing demand for our services, we expanded the team with our initial hires. By the end of 2019, we were 8 strong

Opening Office Amsterdam
We opened our office on the Amsterdam Zuidas, Amsterdam's premium Financial Business District early in 2019.

TARA - Test Automation made easy
In 2019, we launched TARA during the eFront client event in Paris, France.

International expansion
Amidst Covid we opened offices in Serbia and London to accommodate our rapid growth and keep up with client demand.

Top 10 Fastest growing companies
In 2021 we were awarded a prestigious Dutch Gazelle Award as one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in the Netherlands.

Entered German speaking market
We entered the German speaking market with initially 3 clients across Germany and Switzerland. We would soon be the go-to party in the DACH region for IT for Alternatives.

MIRA and COIL Launch
In 2023 we launched new product for data integration and warehousing as part of our ongoing Asset Based Consulting strategy.

TARA SalesForce and SaaS solutions launched
In 2024 we have had a number of significant expansions to our TARA test automation product: Firstly we launched TARA for salesforce and secondly we launched TARA as a SaaS solution.
