WHY LEADINGMILE EMBRACES DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVITY

LeadingMile is an internationally orientated boutique consultancy. While we have been at it for a few years, we still consider ourselves a start-up and one with great things ahead of us. We are driven to make the difference for our clients and see that this is best served by not only having the best consultants in the business but also by bringing in solutions that help our clients become market leaders. We invest in building these solutions and this means we also invest in people.

While we lay the foundation towards the future, we are building a team that is high performing and sociable. We believe this is critical as it will make the difference in everything we do and in the solutions we create. And of course this means we are constantly looking for the best people in the business – or even from outside the business. But what is just as important, if not more important, is that we complement each other. Everyone brings something to the team and without diversity all you get is variations on the same opinion.

As a company we do not only strive to get different opinions, we want people to have a place where they can be their true selves and where respect is fundamental and heartfelt. Having this type of culture empowers our team members to actually think different.
