Since founding LeadingMile Consulting in 2017, Herman has been the visionary behind the most effective data warehouse and other data practices at clients. Taking his vast experience of client needs into account he has been the driver behind LeadingMile’s MIRA offering. With a long and established career before founding LeadingMile, he has the experience with key data related technologies that many clients have an urgent need for. When asked what drives him, Herman responds: “I’m committed to helping clients reach their objectives. Not only being an active part of the entire journey, but helping them in setting up requirements and aiding them in finding what they truly want to achieve and how to achieve this.”

2022 AT LEADINGMILE
As we start the new year, we traditionally reflect on what we have been through in the past year; how we have grown our business and client base, the challenges we faced and how we have managed to add value through it all. I would like to share my thoughts looking back but most of all looking forward on what is to come. 2022 has been a special year for LeadingMile, celebrating our fifth anniversary last November. We look back at 5 years where we encountered Brexit, Covid, inflation and much more. We are proud to say we are growing stronger with each year.

As such we managed to deliver tangible and measurable results consisting of bi-weekly releases.
The permanent change to the business means that not only large-scale projects (including an upgrade) were delivered, but progress can also be seen in the smaller releases, tweaking data flows and existing systems.
